We are in search of an On-Site IT Technician with a strong foundation in networking, ready to provide hands-on technical support directly to our valued customers. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of their AV and IT systems by swiftly and efficiently addressing technical concerns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues at customer locations.
- Install, configure, and manage AV systems, Networking devices, CCTV, Fire Systems
- Perform routine maintenance checks and updates to optimize system performance.
- Establish and configure local area networks (LANs), ensuring robust network connectivity.
- Thoroughly document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a timely manner.
- Generate reports detailing system performance, encountered issues, and proposed solutions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong networking knowledge encompassing IP addressing, routing, and subnetting.
- Exemplary problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, effective with both technical and non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage on-site visits efficiently.
- Eagerness to learn and implement new technologies and tools.

**Education and Experience**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is advantageous.
- Pertinent certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Desktop Administrator are a plus.
- Previous experience in an on-site support role is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
