**Chief Operating Officer
- Head of Delivery and Operations**Responsibilities**:_
- Act as a strategic partner on the IP leadership team and work closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Be responsible for the overall delivery and quality of the projects.
- Interact with the current and prospective clients.
- Responsible for IP filings nationally and internationally.
- Interact with IP attorneys globally for filings and IP docket management.
- Coach and develop the team to ensure they deliver against key IP business metrics.
- Look for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
- Work collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the firm and ensure excellent client service.
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
- Lead and develop a team across multiple locations and over various functions.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance IP management team
- link and connect the different teams internally.
- Collaborate with the IP management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of IP systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
- Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
- Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.
- **Chief Operating Officer Qualifications/Skills**:_
- Project management
- Any IP-related certification or degree
- Experience in IP management and IP filing
- Financial planning and strategy
- Strategic planning and vision
- Promotion of process improvement
- Forecasting
- Marketing and business development
- Budget development
- Maintaining deadlines
- Client Management
- **Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**_
- A good understanding of Intellectual Property, patents, designs, trademarks and copyrights.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in science, business, or a related field or Law degree preferably in IP
- MBA (Optional)
- Minimum of 10 years of management/operations/delivery experience (minimum 5 years in IP)
- In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

**Salary**: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
