**Role & Responsibilities**:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will play a key role in expanding the company's market reach and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying new business opportunities and prospects.
- Engaging with potential clients to introduce products and services.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Meeting sales targets and achieving KPIs.
- Providing product information and resolving client queries.
- Preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
- Managing the sales pipeline and following up on leads.
- Collaborating with team members to improve sales processes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Freshers to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
