Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Promote and sell **general insurance products**, ensuring tailored solutions for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.
- Provide **exceptional customer service** by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Manage policy servicing, including renewals, claims assistance, and endorsements.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor strategies, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in sales, business development, or insurance services.**:

- Strong understanding of **general insurance products and market trends.**:

- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**:

- Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Relevant qualifications in business, finance, or insurance (preferred).
