**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic EdTech team. The BDA will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our educational products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on educational programs and career opportunities to help them choose the right courses.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead conversion and closing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by nurturing leads and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and competition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (EdTech/education sector is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
