Job Description: Business Development Associate Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh Experience: Freshers to 1 year Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. 2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings. 3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends. 4. Develop and deliver effective presentations to prospective clients. 5. Collaborate with the team to create and implement sales strategies. 6. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals. 7. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
