**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Presales Executive** to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will play a key role in qualifying leads, presenting company capabilities, understanding client needs, and ensuring a smooth transition to the design and sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with inbound inquiries and leads from multiple channels (website, referrals, walk-ins, events, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and provide initial consultation about design services and processes
- Explain company offerings, USPs, pricing structures, and project timelines
- Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, scope, and readiness to proceed
- Collaborate with the design and sales team to schedule meetings, site visits, and detailed consultations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and case studies
- Follow up on warm leads to ensure high conversion and client satisfaction
- Contribute to market and competitor analysis for improving sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in presales, inside sales, or customer engagement
- Prior experience or strong interest in interior design, architecture, or real estate is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools
- High level of professionalism and customer orientation
