We are seeking a driven and analytical Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in scaling user acquisition for our educational mobile app through strategic paid advertising campaigns across key channels, with a particular emphasis on Google and Facebook. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Development and Execution**: Design, implement, and manage high-performing paid media campaigns across a mix of channels, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads.
- **Platform Expertise**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads platforms, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, targeting options, and creative optimization.
- **Data-Driven Optimization**: Analyze campaign performance data across multiple platforms to identify trends, extract insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- **Budget Management**: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to achieve user acquisition goals.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular reports on campaign KPIs, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- **Cross-Channel Collaboration**: Partner with the broader marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging.

**Qualifications**
- **Required**:2+ years of proven experience in paid media with a demonstrated focus on mobile app promotion.
- Hands-on proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- **Preferred**:Experience in promoting apps within both the US and India markets.
- Working knowledge of additional paid media channels (e.g., programmatic, display, native).
- Understanding of performance marketing concepts, including attribution modeling.
