Job Title: Facebook Ads Expert

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement successful Facebook advertising strategies to drive lead generation and client growth.

Manage multiple clients' advertising accounts, ensuring timely campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Create and set up engaging and high-converting ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients.

Implement pixel tracking and optimize campaigns based on conversion data.

Utilize custom audience targeting and lookalike audience creation techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing.

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Facebook Ads Expert or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and its various features.

Strong experience in pixel tracking, custom audience targeting, and lookalike audience creation.

Demonstrable experience in lead generation and driving conversions through Facebook advertising.

Proficient in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and client management skills.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and tools is a plus.
