We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness. If you have a deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, strong analytical skills, and a passion for performance marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-2years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Proven track record of managing high-converting ad campaigns with measurable ROAS.
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Audience Insights.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel setup, events tracking, and custom conversions.
- Strong understanding of funnel strategy and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills using Meta analytics and Google Sheets.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in ad copy and visuals.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
