**We are seeking a talented and results-oriented individual with expertise in copywriting, Facebook and Google Ads, and landing page optimization to manage our online advertising campaigns and social media presence.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Copywriting**:

- Craft compelling ad copy for Facebook and Google Ads, ensuring clarity, relevance, and strong calls to action.
- Develop engaging social media posts and manage content calendars across platforms.
- Write persuasive landing page copy that drives conversions.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create cohesive marketing materials.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and optimization.
- Track campaign performance and analyze data to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising platforms.
- **Landing Page Optimization**:

- Design and optimize landing pages for high conversion rates through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Ensure clear and concise messaging that aligns with ad copy and marketing goals.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create and curate engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences.
- Build and manage online communities through active interaction and response to comments and messages.
- Monitor brand sentiment and address any negative feedback.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to optimize results.

**Required Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in copywriting for digital marketing, including experience with Facebook and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and landing page optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms.
- Experience with social media marketing and community management.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
