**Job Title**: Facebook and Google Ads Expert**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising strategies across Facebook and Google Ads platforms.
- Conduct audience research to refine targeting and maximize reach.
- Monitor, report, and analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies for better performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align ad copy and visuals with brand messaging.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid ads.
- Proven track record of successful ecommerce campaigns with high ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools.
- Familiarity with trends in home decor or similar industries is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Performance marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Google Ads: 1 year (preferred)
- Facebook Advertising: 1 year (preferred)
