Develop, implement and manage Google and Facebook advertising campaigns.

Conduct research to identify the target audience and create relevant ads that appeal to them.

Use analytical tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad formats, and changes in algorithms to ensure campaigns are current.

Work collaboratively with clients, creative teams, and media partners to create engaging campaigns.

Develop strategies and budgets for campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with business goals.

Write clear, concise ad copy that resonates with the target audience.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to clients or company leadership.

Continually monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes.

- **A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.**_

Prior experience in Google and Facebook advertising, with a proven track record of success.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and teams.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

In-depth knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot trends and patterns in data.

Creative thinking skills and ability to develop unique and engaging ad campaigns.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data and create reports.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
