**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Monitor and track tenders through government, private, and online portals (e.g., GeM, CPP, E-procurement).

Collect, compile, and maintain all necessary documents and certifications required for tender submissions.

Prepare, format, and review tender documentation as per RFP/RFQ/RFIs.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary inputs for bids.

Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.

Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes for reporting and follow-up.

Handle pre-qualification, technical, and commercial bids in the back office.

Assist in post-tender clarification, documentation, and contract signing processes.

Ensure strict adherence to compliance and documentation standards.

Support audits and reporting related to tenders and bids.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in tendering or back-office operations (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered).

Familiarity with government e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPP, E-Procurement, etc.).

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**: Experience in tendering within [insert industry, e.g., construction, IT, healthcare]. Understanding of basic commercial terms and taxation (GST, EMD, BG, etc.). Knowledge of digital signatures, DSC, and online bid uploading processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
