**Job description**
Looking for Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. In this role, you will manage everything from the MDs calendar to travel arrangements, handling both personal and professional tasks to allow the MD to focus on strategic work.
- Software : Android Software
- Computer Knowledge - MS Office, Excel, Basic Accounting Knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- **Manage and coordinate the MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.**:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including accommodations and itineraries.
- **Handle personal filing, internet orders, and basic correspondence.**:
- Oversee hospitality and administrative tasks, including front office duties.
- **Conduct internet research to assist with various projects.**:
- Act as a liaison for the MD, ensuring smooth communication across teams.
- **Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.**
Qualifications:
- **Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- **Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.**:
- Internet research skills are a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
