**Job Description: Receptionist**

A receptionist serves as the first point of contact for a company or organization, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Managing appointments and maintaining schedules.
- Handling mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable.
- Providing basic administrative support, such as data entry and document preparation.

**Key Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
