Export Coordinator

1) Enter and manage sales orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, availability, and delivery terms.
2) Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of goods and negotiation of the price.
Plan and track shipments, resolve any transportation issues, and optimize routing for cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations, including customs clearance and import/export documentation.
3) Utilize SAP software to manage order-to-cash processes, including order entry, inventory checks, and delivery scheduling.
4) Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability. Manage returns, credits, and exchanges in coordination with the sales and finance teams.
5) Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any logistics-related queries.
6) Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to sales and logistics coordination.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
