**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all international export shipments via sea, air, and courier from order finalization to delivery.
- Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Instructions, etc.).
- Liaise with customs brokers, CHA (Customs House Agents), freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines to schedule and monitor shipments.
- Ensure adherence to INCOTERMS, export regulations, customs compliance, and destination country requirements.
- Monitor shipment progress and update internal teams and customers on delivery schedules and any delays.
- Handle post-shipment documentation and processes including BRC, E-BRC, bank negotiation documents, and submission to DGFT (where applicable).
- Coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams to align dispatch timelines and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all exports, including shipment status, documentation, and cost tracking.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in handling international exports for an Indian MSME.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices, documentation, customs regulations, and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with DGFT, IceGate, EPCs, and international shipping procedures.
- Working knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020, export incentives, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and logistics/ERP software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience dealing with shipments to Global markets
- Exposure to trade compliance systems and export certifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
