**Job Position-** Conversational Chatbot Designer
**Job Location-** Remote/Work from Home

We are looking for a Conversation Designer to join Emplay, who can design creative and unique chatbot conversation flows.

**Responsibilities-**
- Envision and Create conversational flows to suit business requirements
- Draft use cases for AI Chat Bot and define an efficient process to identify targeted follow-up questions based on keywords
- Create unique Bot Persona to bring variation in bot personality to suit the user's temperament and conversation style
- Drive continual content refinement and improvement through content experiments, user feedback, and analysis of performance metrics
- Building and training the bot with linguistic variations of expected user Intents to optimize bot intelligence using synonyms, patterns, rules, ontological structure based FAQs
- Analyzing user chat history and optimizing intents
- Trained peers and client partners on UX best practices to develop customer-facing voice, chat, and omni channel experiences

**Skills: -**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Chatbot conversation design experience
- Design experience in conversational and AI design spaces
- Experience creating multiple demos or prototypes showcasing the bleeding edge capabilities of conversational design.
- Relevant experience of 2+ years in Conversation designing.
- Knowledge on Natural Language Understanding Cognitive services

**Qualification-**
- B-TECH/BE/BCA/M-TECH/MCA in Computer Science/IT
- Graduation / Post Graduation in any language specialization or Art, History, Sociology or Psychology is a plus, though not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
