The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) group at Fractal Analytics is actively involved in helping Fortune 500 companies by enabling them to discover how they can leverage their data using advanced and sophisticated AI/ML algorithms for which we are looking for Data Scientists with the capability to work on independent statistical and machine learning research/ projects. Do you have a knack for captivating crafting conversations and a passion for designing seamless user experiences? Join our team as a Conversational Experience Designer and breathe life into our conversational virtual assistants, shaping how users interact with brands.

**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop engaging and informative dialogue flows for chatbots across various platforms (e.g., Facebook Messenger, website chat, voice assistants)- Craft compelling and concise copy that reflects brand voice and resonates with target audiences.- Define conversation goals, user journeys, and personas to ensure a targeted and effective chatbot experience.- Collaborate with engineers, data analysts, and product managers to integrate chatbot content seamlessly into the overall user experience.- Conduct user testing and analyze chatbot performance to identify areas for improvement and iterate on content.- Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in conversational design and AI.- Document chatbot workflows and content guidelines for future reference and team collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation/writing or a related field.- Strong understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) principles and conversational design best practices.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting clear and concise language.- Proficiency in using any chatbot content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow)- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in AI and chatbot development.- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.- Preferred Degree in English Literature.
