Tasks As a Conversation Designer, you will be responsible for designing engaging and effective conversational flows that deliver exceptional user experiences for voice and text-based AI systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to ensure seamless and natural interactions between users and our AI platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design Conversational Flows: Create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly conversation scripts for chatbots, virtual assistants, and other AI-driven interfaces. User-Centric Design: Focus on understanding user needs and behaviors to craft conversations that are natural, empathetic, and aligned with business goals. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and data scientists to ensure the implementation of conversation designs is technically feasible and aligns with project requirements. Prototype and Test: Build conversation prototypes, conduct usability testing, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics. Maintain Consistency: Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand voice across different channels and touchpoints. Improve AI Performance: Analyze and optimize conversation flows based on data and user feedback to improve engagement and performance of the AI system.Documentation: Document conversation designs, flows, and user journeys for team collaboration and future reference. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, or related fields with hands-on experience in chatbot or conversational AI projects. Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging dialogue for AI systems. Experience with CSM responsibilities will be an added advantage Experience with conversation design tools (e.g., Voiceflow, Botmock, Dialogflow, or similar platforms). Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI technologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. A user-first mindset with a focus on designing seamless and natural experiences. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. A passion for conversational AI and delivering exceptional user experiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in agile development environments. Familiarity with voice interfaces and multilingual conversation design. Knowledge of AI training data and conversational analytics.
