**Job Title**: Conversational Chatbot Designer

We are seeking a talented Chatbot Designer to join our team. As a Chatbot Designer, you will be responsible for designing conversation flows and optimizing user interactions using our no-code conversational chatbot creation platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design conversation flows and optimize user interactions using our no-code chatbot creation platform.
- Solve customer challenges using Voice/Text UI that enables the ability to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time.
- Train and refine chatbot models to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, feel comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders, and be able to think strategically when reviewing design work and providing feedback and guidance
- Champion a user-first approach and conduct thorough client and user research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the chatbot meets business objectives.
- Conduct business analytics to perform market research, user research, and identify potential improvements that can be added to our bot platform.
- Continuously improve chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technology.
- Provide support and guidance to internal teams and clients on chatbot design and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Experience in Conversation Design
- Basic knowledge of machine learning (ML).
- Experience in training and refining chatbot models.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on end-user experience.
- Basic programming knowledge in any language such as JAVA, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodology.
- Experience with business analytics and gathering insights from data.

**Good to Have (But Not Mandatory)**:

- Basic Knowledge of Generative AI.
- Experience with no-code development platforms.
- Previously published at least one Virtual Agent - big advantage
