our company is looking for a male or female **sales team supervisor** to be responsible for business development and generating leads and meeting sales goals.
This position presents an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our company.
**Responsibilities**:
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Distributing project goals and communicating targets with team members.
Evaluating the quality of their team members’ tasks and projects.
Leading meetings between team members.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
**Requirements**:
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills.
Should have team leading qualities.
Basic computer knowledge
**Qualification**: Graduation or above (Minimum 12th pass)
**Age Limit**: 18 years and above.
**Experience**: experienced & freshers both can apply.
**Work time**: - 11am to 5pm. ( SATURDAY and SUNDAY OFF)
**Salary**: ₹12k - 40k per month + incentives + PF+ ESI

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
