
Front Office Executive

As a Front Desk Officer, she will be the first point of contact for our organization. Duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. She will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. She will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls and daily operation requisites.

- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
**Requirements:
- **
- Must have completed her higher secondary education from convent school
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., computers, printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Preferably from Aviation/Hospitality background, others are also welcome
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
