**Job Title**: Housekeeping Supervisor

**Location**: Aryans Sea Sight Resort, Mandarmani
**Department**: Housekeeping
**Reports To**: Resort Manager / Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Assign duties to room attendants and ensure timely completion of work.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety standards, and guest interaction.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory and manage supplies such as linens, cleaning materials, and toiletries.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
- Report any maintenance issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with the front office for room readiness and special requests.
- Prepare duty rosters and maintain attendance records of the housekeeping team.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
- Polite, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,035.09 - ₹12,000.00 per month
