Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Reports To: Resort Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Aryans Sea Sight Resort, Mandarmani, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the resort maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. The ideal candidate will lead the housekeeping team and ensure that all rooms and public areas are well-maintained and guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Assign duties to room attendants and ensure timely completion of work.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety standards, and guest interaction.
• Maintain housekeeping inventory and manage supplies such as linens, cleaning materials, and toiletries.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Report any maintenance issues to the concerned department.
• Ensure all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with the front office for room readiness and special requests.
• Prepare duty rosters and maintain attendance records of the housekeeping team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
• Polite, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
