As a Sales Representative for Maconsys ventures (Only Freshers), you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our interior design services. Your role will focus on identifying and reaching out to potential customers, understanding their design needs, and effectively presenting our services to convert leads into clients. **Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients (residential, commercial, etc.) through various channels including cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the services provided.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present and demonstrate our interior design services to potential clients, showcasing portfolio pieces, design concepts, and past success stories.
- **Needs Assessment**: Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, budget, and vision for their space.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to secure design projects.
- **Collaboration with Design Team**: Work closely with the interior design team to ensure client expectations are aligned with the services offered.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or real estate industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A genuine interest in interior design and the ability to understand and communicate design concepts.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
