Through persuasive selling techniques and exceptional customer service, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into satisfied customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce Lifetime Health's digital home healthcare services.
- Assess client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and usability of our digital platform for home healthcare.
- Overcome objections and close sales through effective negotiation and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients.
- Follow up with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and facilitate upselling opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
