**JOB DESCRIPTION -**

LOOKING FOR A **REAL STATE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, **THEY SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN GHATKOPAR CPs ( MUMBAI ).

A Real Estate Sales Representative, also known as a Real Estate Agent or Realtor, is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. They act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, helping clients navigate the complexities of the real estate market and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Real Estate Sales Representatives work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, provide guidance and advice, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the closing of deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs, preferences, and budget. Understand their goals and provide guidance on market conditions, pricing, and property options.

Property Listings: Assist clients in listing their properties for sale or rent. Conduct property evaluations, prepare listing materials, and showcase properties through various marketing channels such as online listings, advertisements, and open houses.

Property Search and Showings: Conduct market research and property searches based on client requirements. Arrange property viewings and accompany clients to showcase properties, highlighting features and addressing any questions or concerns.

Offer Negotiation: Present and negotiate offers on behalf of clients. Provide expert advice on pricing, terms, and contingencies to ensure favorable outcomes. Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach mutually acceptable agreements.

Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process, ensuring all necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with other professionals, such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and lawyers, to ensure a smooth closing process.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory. Provide clients with market reports and insights to assist them in making informed decisions.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders to expand professional network and generate referrals for future business opportunities.

Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements in the real estate sector. Attend seminars, training programs, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
