**Work Schedule**: 6 days per week

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused **Customer Support Executive** for our UK-based calling profile. This is a voice-based role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to quality and performance standards during every interaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a voice-based customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Flexibility to work in a UK shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM) and a 6-day work schedule.
- A customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
