**Location**:Mumbai.

**Remote Work**: This is not a remote work role. The role will involve travel to Warehouse (Bhiwandi) and/or Andheri on any given day.

**About the job**:
The Whole Truth is a 100% Clean Label brand that does not use any preservatives. This results in reduced shelf life and a complex Supply Chain.

- Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery times, and reliability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet the organization's needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements and provide support and guidance
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers regarding damaged or faulty products in a timely manner
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing activities

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
