**Job Description**:

- Engage with potential customers over the phone to introduce our products or services
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and follow-up on leads
- Build rapport with customers and address their queries or concerns
- Provide detailed product information and benefits to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical business practices
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and secure customer commitment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish customer relationships over the phone
- Persuasive and confident in promoting products or services
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Proficient in using a laptop and mobile phone for remote work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
