Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
- Handle incoming inquiries and respond to customer questions.
- Generate and follow up on leads shared by the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes.
- Schedule meetings or direct relevant queries to the appropriate team members.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Maintain a professional tone and attitude in all conversations.

**Requirements**:
diploma or any graduate degree.

Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or tele sales preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages preferred, e.g., English, Malayalam].

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

Preferred Skills:
Experience in working with CRM systems.

Confidence in speaking to new people and handling objections.

Goal-oriented mindset and team spirit.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
