**Position: Tele-Caller**

Experience: 0-2 years

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service is preferred
- Ability to handle phone calls professionally and assist customers with their inquiries
- Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining the benefits of Company
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Achieving daily and monthly targets for call volume and customer engagement

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
