**Responsibilities**:
**Handle Inbound Calls**: Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, product information, or general assistance.

**Make Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, conduct surveys, or provide updates as needed.

**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Product/Service Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

**Data Entry**: Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system or designated database.

**Adherence to Policies and Procedures**: Follow established call center policies, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

**Meet Performance Targets**: Achieve performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and conversion rates.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery.

**Continuous Improvement**: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Malayalam)

**Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
