As a Telecalling Representative, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, engage with them, and promote our products or services. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, establishing connections, and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities:

- **
1-Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote our products or services.

2-Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to create interest and answer customer inquiries.

3-Follow a script, but also have the ability to adjust the conversation based on customer responses.

4-Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and preferences.

5-Provide accurate information about our products or services, including pricing, features,and benifits

6-Maintain a customer database, record interactions, and update customer information.

7-Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales.

8-Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.

9-Address customer concerns, complaints, and questions professionally and promptly.

10-Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.

11-Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and phone etiquette through training and self-learning.

12-Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call scripts during all customer interactions.

13-Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential selling opportunities.
