We are searching for tele callers to boost our sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. Females with very good Telephone Etiquette and minimum one year experience. salary +incentive. working time time 9AM to 5.30PM

**Tele caller duties**
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the business
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Recording/ Documenting all successful and unsuccessful attempts
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.

**Tele caller Requirements**
- Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum one year experience as a tele caller or similar.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer knowledge-MS office
- Very good verbal communication in Malayalam and English
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Pay: ₹8,118.57 - ₹24,420.95 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- Tamil (preferred)
- Malayalam (preferred)
- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
