**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives for products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, evaluate market trends, and analyze competitors.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials (online and offline) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, etc.) to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to enhance brand positioning and market presence.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma in, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and sales achievements.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
