**Job Description: Marketing and Sales Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Developing Marketing Strategies**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Planning and Forecasting**: Develop sales plans and forecasts to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and address their concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
