Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and driving sales for our IT services. This is a field sales role, ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and understands the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Meet potential clients (small business owners, retailers, hotel owners, etc.) to present and sell IT services such as:
  • Website Development
  • SEO Services
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google Ads & Paid Campaigns
  • E-commerce Solutions
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients by understanding their business needs and offering suitable service packages.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT, software, or digital services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored digital solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with digital services like websites, SEO, and online marketing is a plus.
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
