**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage assigned kitchen section independently (Pastry, Sandwich etc.).
- Maintain consistency in food preparation & presentation.
- Assist Sous Chef in kitchen operations and staff supervision.
- Ensure HACCP / FSSAI hygiene standards.
- Control wastage and monitor portion sizes.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Culinary diploma/degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience as CDP/Commis I.
- Passion for cooking, creativity, and teamwork.
