**Order Processing**
- Receive and process customer sales orders accurately into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track order status, update customers on dispatch timelines, and resolve order-related queries.
- Generate order invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents.

**Procurement**
- Raise purchase requisitions and convert them into Purchase Orders (POs) after internal approvals.
- Source materials, components, and consumables from approved vendors.
- Negotiate price, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve delays or discrepancies.

**Inventory and Coordination**
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase as per reorder levels and order projections.
- Work with inventory and accounts teams to reconcile inward entries and vendor bills.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for material quality checks and acceptance.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of orders, POs, supplier bills, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare regular MIS reports on order status, stock positions, and procurement efficiency.
- Support internal audits by maintaining documentation and compliance with SOPs.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Field
- 2-5 years of experience in order processing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
