**job profile**
**Lead Generation**
- Select potential customers from database, tenders and surveys in the assigned business territory
- Visit customers & communicate about product, services, give presentations where ever required
- Assess requirements and specifications IN ORDER TO ensure increased sales
**Understanding Customer requirements and offering suitably**
- Study and understand the customer requirement
- Formulate and present technical aspects to concerned customers
- Highlight product specifications, benefits and service standards
- Submit offer
**Liaison**
- Communicate with consultants regarding product, features & benefits, new product introduction etc.
- Plan & demonstrate products IN ORDER TO ensure inclusion of specification in tender enquiries
**Territory Management**
Study and understand the different market segments in the territory
Understanding customers business
Divide and manage the territory based on segments
Formulate, control and develop strategies for the individual segments IN ORDER TO have profitable growth in market share
**Order Finalization**
- Co-ordinate with Marketing team, Manager and discuss commercial terms
- Negotiate price with customers IN ORDER TO finalize the deal
**Order Execution**
- Co-ordinate with marketing, projects and production for timely delivery as per negotiated terms to the customer IN ORDER TO ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction
**Collection of Payments and Statutory documents**
- Collect payments as per negotiated terms
- Follow up on outstanding and statutory documents
- Ensure compliance with bank guarantee, LC procedure IN ORDER TO ensure full payment collection and legal compliance
**Be a single point contact and provide Value to customer**
- Review and monitor customer needs
- Visit machine installations
- Coordinate the service to be provided IN ORDER TO improve Customer satisfaction
**Market Intelligence**
- Compile & forward customer feedback to marketing
- Monitor competitor activities, strategies and forward observations to marketing IN ORDER TO enable effective strategy formulation
**Business Planning**
Analyse the present potentials.
Forecast the future demands, trends, based on facts
Monitor competition activities.
Formulate & submit projections based on market conditions and feedback
IN ORDER TO facilitate the Business Planning Process
**Compliance to Corporate Guidelines**
- Comply with company Code of Conduct
- Comply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to time
**Experience requirements/Knowledge**
Experience in Sales, New business development, continuous fostering of Customer relationship and market share development are the key requirements for this position.
