**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate business and user needs into intuitive, innovative, and beautiful interface designs.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and content creators.
- Use data-driven insights and user research to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Ensure responsiveness and consistency of the UI across devices and platforms.
- Stay updated with current trends in design and technology and bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or ProtoPie.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience in motion graphics tools such as After Effects or Lottie is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
