- Training: Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes under the guidance of senior chefs.

- Safety: Adherence to safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free kitchen.
- Communication: Clear communication with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and address any issues promptly.
