**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing
- Ensure the front desk is organized and presentable
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide information about local attractions and services
- Guest Relation

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in front office or guest service roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and reservation systems
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
