We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Associate to support daily IT operations at our Darjeeling property The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist with network and system support for smooth hotel operations Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware software and network-related issues Assist in the maintenance of hotel systems such as PMS Property Management System POS and back-office software Monitor and support Wi-Fi CCTV printers and LAN connections Coordinate with the corporate IT team for troubleshooting and updates Maintain IT equipment inventory and assist in installations or upgrades Ensure data security and regular system backups Support team members with daily IT requirements Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field 1-2 years of experience in IT support hospitality experience preferred Basic knowledge of networking system setup and troubleshooting Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues Preferred Candidate Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
