**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the steel manufacturing sector.
- Analyze industry reports, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
- Collect and evaluate customer feedback to understand their needs and expectations.
- **Product Promotion & Branding**:

- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies to promote steel products (e.g., structural steel, flat products, long products).
- Support brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Work with product teams to highlight product benefits, features, and differentiators.
- **Content Creation & Digital Marketing**:

- Help create marketing content, including brochures, website copy, case studies, and social media posts.
- Manage and update the company’s digital presence, including the website and social media platforms.
- Assist with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and digital advertising campaigns to improve online visibility and generate leads.
- **Lead Generation & Customer Engagement**:

- Assist in generating and nurturing leads through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage trade show participation, conferences, and other industry-related events to increase exposure.
- Build relationships with key customers and prospects in the steel industry.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral.
- Monitor the success of marketing campaigns and provide feedback to the sales team on potential sales leads.
- **Advertising & Promotional Activities**:

- Coordinate advertising initiatives, including print ads, trade publications, and online advertisements.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to support product launches and seasonal sales cycles.
- Measure the performance of advertising efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Reporting & Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Report on key performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
