**Employment Type**: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to drive sales for our premium villa project in **Budigere, Bengaluru**. If you are passionate about real estate, enjoy client interaction, and are motivated by performance-based growth, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and pursue potential buyers through site visits, inbound queries, referrals, and real estate agent networks.
- Conduct walkthroughs and site presentations to prospective customers.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions and pricing.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation activities and events.
- Maintain sales MIS and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential real estate sales (villa/apartment projects).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Self-driven, organized, and persuasive.
- Willing to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
