We are seeking a **US Dispatch and After-Hour Shifts Specialist** to join our team at **Club Malwa Private Limited**. This position requires handling dispatch operations during US business hours and after-hour shifts, ensuring smooth communication and timely operations. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or related fields, and are willing to work in US time zones, we would love to have you on board.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage US dispatch operations during after-hour shifts.
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with US clients and vendors to track orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Handle order processing, tracking, and updating records in the system.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Address and resolve any operational issues related to dispatch or shipments.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide detailed reports and status updates to management.
- Maintain and improve dispatch operations efficiency.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Prior experience in US-based operations or similar after-hour shifts is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in dispatch and tracking software/systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be flexible to work in after-hour shifts to align with US business hours.
